they have no experience with kids. Both my kids got haircuts and both stylists were very frustrated and rude if they moved the slightest. My both my kids were in tears and they been getting haircuts since they have been 3 months old and have never cried. Won’t be back.
I have had three different barbers cut my hair at Cheerleaders. One was great, one was good and one was slightly below average. I will say, I find it frustrating when you book a same day appointment and they change the barber you booked with to another person on shift that day. The whole point of booking an appointment is to reserve an appointment with someone that cuts your hair the way you like it. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and creates such a very nice atmosphere from the moment you walk in. A special shout-out to Rebecca, who did an absolutely phenomenal job. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, showing great attention to detail. What really stood out, however, was how she handled my son. Getting a haircut can be stressful for little ones, and even though he was crying, Rebecca was so calm and patient. She handled him with such kindness and still managed to give him a great haircut.
