I WISH I COULD RATE THIS NEGATIVE STARS. As a 1st time customer I was discarded of and treated as unimportant! After showing up on time yesterday to my 2:15pm appointment, I sat and waited for over a hour, just to finally sit in the chair, Josephine place gulk in my hair and then kick me out of her chair for a "preferred" client.
