I visited today with my two sons for my PR medical exam, and I was amazed at how efficient the staff were. I don't know their names but each one of them made sure mine and my sons tests were done on time. And then we met Dr Cheema - Knowledgeable, down to earth, polite, respectful and friendly! Went to do my medical one and when I told them all the information needed the doctors did not write it down and just breezed over it. After a month Transport Canada contacted me requiring missing information (keep in mind I told them absolutely everything) because of this it made me miss my BCIT admission deadline and when I called the office asking why they didn’t put everything down they hung up on me. If you are taking aviation exams don’t go there. For the sake of your own time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic The woman at the reception was extremely rude and unhelpful i just came in looking for assistance and instead of guiding me she seemed uninterested and dismissive Good customer service is important especially in a healthcare setting but unfortunately that was not the case here i would not recommend this clinic unless they improve their front desk service

I visited here for a checkup regarding my stiches but the lady there said that they don’t see 1st time visitor. She told me to go see your family doctor. The customer service was very helpless and awkward.
