Very disappointed with the quality of work delivered by this concreter. The entire concrete area is out of level, and the slab thickness is extremely inconsistent. The agreed thickness was 100mm, however at the edges it has been done at only around 40–60mm, which is completely unacceptable and below standard. Instead of working professionally and consulting with us, the team covered the drains rather than addressing them correctly. This shows a lack of care and poor workmanship.
