We showed up to the appointment and the business was closed. We waited for 10 minutes and then left. I made an appointment online and got two reminders, but no one was there to cut my sons hair.
My son has autism, so haircuts are extremely hard. He’s almost 5, and we have tried so many different places and have never made it all the way through a haircut, Until today. Eric was Patient and kind with my boy. He made him giggle and went above and beyond to keep him as comfortable as possible. He is the only person in almost five years to keep my son calm enough to complete the cut.
