Gerry and Jon are incredibly prompt with their follow-up, and always candid, and professional in response to questions I might have. Their personable approach to one of the less exciting, but necessary parts of life - insurance - is one of the main reasons I’ve chosen to work with them for so many years. It’s comforting to know that when life may deal some less than ideal cards, I have a team of professionals ready to act on my behalf.
Customer for many years, highly recommended. Garage collapsed due to snow in 2014, great claim service from Agency and company they placed me through.
