Wonderful massage at Baycare Fitnes - far exceeded my expectations.
The whole Fitness Center experience is very good. The employees provide consistently good service. The gym is well maintained and managed. The equipment is always in working order. Members practice excellent gym etiquette. I must give kudos to Zach Watson, who I train with. Zach’s presence lights up the entire gym. He’s friendly, positive and high energy. Love all the yoga instructors. Each session is different from previous sessions. Personal requests are honored. I’m getting stronger, more flexible and calmer thanks to Jack, Julie, Shelby and Kathleen! For over 15 years, I’ve benefited from the center: personal trainer (occasionally), equipment and now yoga classes. Started coming to the gym with my mom, who was a regular for years! Love that some of the staff are still keeping everyone healthy!
Started in the cardio rehab section and they give you 30 days free. After that I’ll sign up for Silver Sneakers! Nicole at the front desk very helpful and patient with questions. Great classes. A ton of equipment. Parking garage right there! Added August 2026.... Body Pump with Carol (Mon) and Mindy (Wed) set the tone for any good week. And Nicole covering for all of us at the front desk....perfect...
Best instructors, front desk, floor helpers. Great, great gym. Excellent equipment - and clean.
