WORST company! Had my birth year off by 10 YEARS! said they couldn’t fix it “but advised corporate”, sent a renter’s policy that said homeowners on every page causing confusion, days before closing was to occur said house couldn’t be insured to the level they quoted because of the purchase price they failed to notice earlier?, they offered a policy that didn’t include theft or burglary and replacement value was less than the value of the house..
RecommendedRecently I had a very good experience with Cheeks Insurance when I filed a claim with Auto Owners Ins. Company for tornado damage. Julie, Cheeks owner, was super available to help with a problem that came up and I was very pleased with the resolution. I wrote a more extensive review on Cheeks website. I would recommend Cheeks to anyone that is interested in having an insurance agency that bends over backwards to help you during a crisis!
