We like to go to Cheddar's. ..yesterday we went...it took about 30min for our sweet teas! Over an hour for our food. ..the waitress would come over to apologize then the manager came and said the Potpie was being made...we decided to cancel the potpie...then all our food comes...the manager comes over to apologize and said the potpie will be removed from the ticket! They were very busy and i can understand why it was taking so long for our order.
Food was good. Service was good. The atmosphere friendly and pleasant.
Food was good service was pretty fast Margaritas were good just the only thing I didn't like was that San Angelo water ! I can't believe a place like this one won't have any filter water !!!!!!

Marissa was our server and she was very attentive to our needs! She was very pleasant and patient. Two qualities you definitely have to have in the industry! It was me and my 3 girls and that can get stressful in itself. .lol! She also had another table that had 3 or 4 kids as well and handled both very humbly on the floor. Being a manager of a casual dining restaurant she is definitely a keeper and I would have her on my team any day!
I usually really like Cheddars, but our visit yesterday was bad. Waiter was horrible and then we ordered a Cookie Monster. Big mistake. It had obviously been sitting awhile. The cookie was barely warm and most of the ice cream was running over the side of the dish, it was so melted.
