food not cooked to order, out of all veggies, ribs very dry. Mgr was horrible! Didnt even seem to care.
I worked at Cheddars for 3 years and then had to quit, and over the next year so did all of my coworkers. Then there was a change in management. That was a few years ago. Every time I have gone in the last year has been HORRIBLE, yet I keep giving it another chance. I went last week and it was the fastest my table has been greeted, and it still took 5 minutes. Cheddars I love this place. The food is great and the prices are cheap. It's much better than Applebee's or Chilis. I love their lunch combo and their desserts.
More than I can eat! Cheddar's offers a wide variety of American foods. Portions are so large my wife and I often order an appetizer/bowl of soup and only one meal to split between the two of us. Yes, we even bring leftovers home even though we're sharing. Service and wait times are the biggest concerns at this restaurant. Wait times can become extreme due to popularity on high traffic Friday/Saturday nights -- Time to expand business!!!
