We placed an order for our employees 24 hours in advance we called the day of pick up to confirm the order and they confimred it said it would be ready for pick up at noon. then we get a call at 11:30 stating that the owner said they could not fufill our order. The lunch was to thank everyone for their hard work but thanks to Cheddars everyone is left feeling unappreciated. Thanks alot Cheddars

Very poor service, plenty of attitude, ok food you would do better going to Ruby Tuesdays around the corner. Second time we've experienced this type of behavior. Not trying a third time.we told the waitress at RT and even she told us about them, and how other people always make their way to their restaurant. Pretty sad.The front desk associates need to work in the back.they need an employee make over big time.How do places like this stay in business? Its almost humorous and sad at the same time.

First time I went here there was someone waiting to open the door I'm still in shock from that, but the service was great the chicken tender platter is my new favorite item, good food at a great price.

I used to go a year or two back, and recently revisited. I was very disappointed how they cut back their portions and overal quality of food. The chickenbreast was tiny, the red beans and rice were way over salted, and i love salty foods. The salad had a stowaway piece of pasta in it (dont know how that got in there). Won't be going there again unless i hear it gets better.

Everytime I'm in town I make it a point to ear here. I ambience is cozy. Food is delicisous, reasonably priced plentiful. Even bar drinks are surprisingly low. My friend and I ate there. We each had 2 drinks. shared an appitizer and each had a huge Cheddar Burger (the house speciality). We came home with doggie bags and spent only $42. It's a must stop!
