Service was great out waiter was really proffesional in what he was doing we had party of 9 and everything was excellent. Small plates taken right away after appetizers, drinks was always there . Food was really good too. Not a first time at cheddars and never left disappointed. Thank you and the only thing I apologize that i cant mention the name of our waiter just to give him some good job points :) because i dont nremember it i will tey be better next time. great job Cheddars!
I had the chicken fried steak and it was amazing best mashed potatoes and best everything I've had from a restaurant in awhile
RecommendedService was great I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, food was great and the lemonade was excellent
Both the food and service were great! Everyone was very friendly....we even were given complimentary cookies when leaving because we were first time visitors. We will definitely go back when passing through again!!
Ordered n the nachos, I mean do you mess that up? Came out cold twice! Manager couldn't or wouldn't fix it. Never offered the option to order something else. Waiter never came back to check on us until we had him flagged down for check. The rest of my party had nice, hot food. I had to sit there and watch them eat because I couldn't get anything else ordered. Never going back!
Oh and when leaving my husband tried speaking with manager again he told him he didn’t have to listen to him. AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I love Cheddar's .
Well the food was wonderful. But when we arrived we sat for about a half hour without getting a server to even offer us a drink. I finally flagged down a waitress who graciously served us even though she made it clear that we were not in her station. I guess our waiter was too busy with a table of about 10 that he was servicing. After that incident everything was uphill.
The food was delicious. The staff was awesome
