First time going there and it was amazing. Only thing wait was long. The food was good.
Me and my family went to enjoy ourselves only to be completely disappointed i use to love this place but honestly i will not be back.....the waitress messed our appetizer 1st off 2nd bought us wrong alcohol beverages 3rd my brother ordered salmon and was bought catfish and the waitress told us it was salmon like we can't tell the difference ignorant ....4th I ordered fried catfish and was giving baked....we received our corrsants when we was ready to place wasnt even packed and the serviced was horrible....and we still paid ... read more
Is this place under new management or something?? My husband and I used to come here frequently and it was AMAZING. It had been probably about a year until be ate there again last night. Horrible!!! The waiter took forever to get our drinks and then half our table's food was wrong! Which on his ticket looked right so it must have been the cooks since they also had a party of 17 and "Cheddars can't handle so many orders" as quoted by our waiter. If you're looking for a restaurant to go to on a saturday night, i would not recommend. Working in a restaurant I know how things go & the way the kitchen works. First off, being a server when the kitchen is slow, you make sure everything else is perfect for the guest to make up for the kitchen that you have no control over, on my visit this did not happen. If I could give no stars I would. The server was slow. It took over an hour to get our food, which was cold by the time it came. Then the manager seemed to not care at all. When they were fixing the food it took another half hour. Never even got boxes. Will never go there again. So horrible.
I finally made it to Cheddar's! WOW! It was well worth the wait! The food was excellent and the prices are reasonable. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I WILL BE BACK!
