The young lady was very unprofessional and rude for no reason. Dont know her name, however went inside Manager offered free. I refuse and ask for money back. It's not about reporting a matter for a freebie, not at all. The young girl need customer service classes which I dont think still would help. I ate at Cheddars today, It must have been Blue Monday the food was horrible. We ordered sweet Tea and it was unsweeten, this should have been a clue to leave but I stayed it took the waitress a while we did get sweet Tea. I started the meal with Spinach dip and chips it was horrible very chewy and tough, we could not eat, Cheddars usually have the best spinach dip.
