We were at Cheddars for lunch today. Have never had such a poor meal before. Ribs were cooked to long, onion rings were just thrown on plate and weren't done. Very disappointed with the food, not to mention the wait time for getting your food once your order is placed is about 30 min. or longer, now since they changed their kitchen. Why change if everything was working great. Still great service! It's time to get your kitchen in order - maybe you need a new kitchen manager.
