We went in the later part of Feb. 2013. It was not very busy at that time. We were there with our family. My son and his girlfriend are servers at other places. The service was horrible. It took a long time to get the food and it was cold when it came. We filled out a survey online just to let them know. The manager called our home and went over the survey. Great service, good prices for a sit down place. They get really busy, but the wait isn't too bad. It does get loud when they're busy.
Cheddar's I would say to those who pass up eating at Cheddar's because they are always packed. "Do not!" The wait is well worth it. The food always comes out quickly and is good! Great atmosphere as well! Not to mention the prices are comparable to most fast food chains.
