First and foremost the owner is a right wing conspiracist who rants about how evil feminism is while cooking. Ignore the handful of pride stickers at the register they were placed by a former employee. There's not nearly enough hand washing, having seen employees handle their phones and cash without washing hands. The manager/cook rises his fingertips under warm water and claims it's just as good as washing.
