They advertise free shipping and they tried to charge me handling fee on last page.
Laughably bad, if not so infuriating customer service. Belinda is the WORST person you could have handling your customers. 14 year customer, never again.
Horrible customer service
I love this company. They have always been great. Prior to using Checkworks, I used to buy checks through the bank. It was 3x times the price and took forever. Then I had accidentally ordered a book of checks online with my former address. I called them up and they agreed to change my order to the new address at no extra cost. All I had to do was pay for the return shipping. I wish more companies were like that. Thanks Checkworks!
