This company used to be good but now, consumers beware. They have gone from good to bad. The only reason I did business with them in the past was because they provided the option to get emergency funds with no interest if the balance was paid in full in 25 days. I took advantage of that option. However, I guess their greed has now gotten the best of them. I have taken out a small loan with CashCentral in which the funds was suppose to be provided next day like the advertisement and the loan agreement stated. 2 days later I nor my bank has seen the ACH sent to my bank, I have spent 2 days on the phone or chat with a Customer Service agent with no help at all. I borrowed $600 from First Virginia back in December for an emergency car repair. I made a payment of $97 the first month (Dec.) and about $154 in Jan, and $137 in Feb.. So here we are in March and I go to pay off the loan and I'm told the payoff is $566! It seems for every payment I made only 5% went to the principal! So for a $600 loan that I paid on every month only $34 of all the money I paid went to the principal. This has been a true epiphany for me. I will never get a loan from these type of companies again. After arriving and a nearly 2 hour wait to cash a check, was told that the banks had closed. The " tech support" refused to work with the employee. The actual live employee tried to get approval through "tech support" and was ignored until after the banks closed. This left my fiancee and I stranded, and worst all broke and embarrassed for even trying to cash an actual bank check. Racist stores in ******** ohio.corporate needs to come down and teach management and it's staff how to treat people of color I went in today to cash a presettlment check the lady ******* and her manager treated me as if I were a criminal and the lady flat out told me she thought the check was fake because she never seen a check like that before .she called to verify the check fr the settlement company and they were closed .it seems to me she should of called the bank to verify the check even if the place was closed.flat out ... read more

Cash central allowed someone to access my account change suspicious information and take out a loan in my name. After calling them to inform them they seemed unconcerned and asked me to call back when the loan went through. THATS INSANE! After notifying them that there was fraud on my account they tell me to wait until it goes through and once it goes through they tell me theres nothing they can do and to file a police report to report the fraud which i did! I obtained a Check Into Cash MoneyCard, and made a $168 MISADVERTISED item which I never received. I filed a dispute, and received notification that my dispute was filed and that it would take up to 45 calendar days to receive the results. I waited the 45 days and started making phone calls inquiring the results; waited 54 business days before finally receiving a response via email that “they previously sent a request for further information that was not received”! I have had an amazing on time payment history with them. During the pandemic I called to get some deferments or assistance and now nothing but harassment and no help.
