Back in May of 2021, I paid off a loan for my son. Prior to me paying this loan off; he had ACH payments pulled through his checking account. When I called to pay off the loan, I gave them my checking account information. Our son took out another loan in February of 2022. His first payment was pulled from my checking account. I've been struggling financially and back in early 2020 I took out a small Pay Day loan with Cash Central. When it came time to pay back the loan, my financial situation had gotten even worse and I defaulted on the loan (which was my fault, I wasn't able to pay). However, when I did get some funds and wanted to pay off the loan, I called Cash Central to pay and they told me the loan had been charged off. Not a great source from a buisness to allow someone with domestic issues (Manekka ***************************)to have control of people's information who not only has no buisness experience but also threatening to others.

The customer service representative by the name of ******* was rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional. I had asked a pertinent question regarding having to use a particular card and she specifically stated, that my question was irrelevant, when in fact, the question needed to be answered in order for me to complete my transaction. The main reason I use(d) their services: auto-pay feature that deducted from my checking account; automatically deducted and zero action on my part.Due to a huge error/system policy, the auto pay on my last loan never got set. Per the previous statement of the main reason I used their services, I do not/should not have to 'babysit' the payback and check my account balance to ensure it gets deducted, which I didn't. I would give them a zero if I could. I have borrowed money and paid it back on time several times. This last time I borrowed $200 and was going to pay it back in full with the next paycheck as usual. But, unforeseen circumstances happened that caused me to have to start bankruptcy. This place is completely illegitimate. They didn't provide a receipt after I cashed my check with them. The woman helping me the whole time specified I would be getting charged a 3% fee. They did not have enough cash at the store to pay me in full so they provided an amount on a money order. They did not give me a receipt of the transaction after completion so I would have to figure out later what the fee was that I was charged, completely deviating. Huge fraud-related company!!! They have processed loans I have not approved.! And they put the burden on me by threatening to approve loans in my name WITHOUT MY APPROVAL! This is elder abuse at the extreme as they pray on older people who may have reduced mental capacity.

Called on 9/2/2021 to receive a loan for $200. Gave them my bank information and waited until 9/7/2021 when I didn't receive the funds. I don't owe them anything until I receive the money. Don't use them ever. You won't receive your funds and they'll try to steal money from your checking account.
