some tellers are great, the ghetto tellers are not so great. I went to get a withdraw, and the teller had a poor attitude with me for no reason at all. I cash alot of checks there, but am having second thoughts now. I onow its hard to fire someone because they'll scream racism, but its easy not to hire someone simply over their ghetto attitude, and accent. also DO NOT GET THE INSIGHT CARD!!!!! When you have 2 customers standing in line but you're too busy complaining about a customer that called on the phone asking for an extension. That's bad customer service!! You could have waited until you were done with the 2 people waiting in line. Not only that but you weren't quiet about spelling out his last name and saying his phone number out loud. Needless to say, not worth me waiting for. Get it together and TRY to be a little professional.
