Chuck is a great guy! 10/10
Very unprofessional. I do not recommend using this business. I paid online for a backflow test, was told many times by the person in the office that it would be done before the deadline. They never showed up and now I have to hire someone else to do it and try to get a refund.
I called for services for a backflow test on 5/2. I needed this done by 5/31. They guaranteed that it would be completed and a blue tag would be left on my door showing that it had been done with results. That was over 3 weeks ago and I can only assume that the test was not done. They took my credit card info and now will not answer their phone. Update: after calling another company to schedule this test, I was informed it had been completed. No blue tag w results as promised, no answering of their phone. I am glad the test ... read more
