My car died down the street, I called Dean at Checkpoint Automotive as I am a regular customer. Dean went out of his way to pick me up and take me on to my work. You can always count on them for any of your car needs. I really appreciate the ride to work and my car was ready by the end of the day. Thanks!

I had my car in at another local shop that told me I had some wild $1000 random repair that I'd need to get, and they couldn't even do the repair at their place. I decided to double check their judgement because it was very questionable. I'd used Checkpoint before for some routine maintenance and liked their service, so I thought I'd give them a shot.... I first dealt with these guys when I had a state issued car. They were great; so I thought. However, when I took my personal car there they tried to stroke me for some 3200.00 repair quote. Then, when I declined their inflated quote, they gave me the old, "I don't think I can let you drive it out of here because it's unsafe" BS. I have been a customer of Checkpoint Automotive for about 10 years and have always had consistent, reliable service. I recently got a road hazard gash in a tire I had purchased there less than a year ago. I wasn't charged for a replacement because I have been a regular customer for so long. These guys have patiently checked anything I was concerned about whenever I stop by.
