Storm the manager I was told could not do anything with online discrepancy where when you make a payment online it refinances your loan but they force you to sign a contract with you not being able to choose method of payback, and it automatically is marked as RCC (Remote Payment Check) and RCPO (Remote Check Payment Order) which I do not authorize and someone switched it to that when it was a month ago automatically debit card payment.
