Checkmark Home Inspection Services arrived promptly and was very communicative up front which was helpful seeing as I had to take time off of work to attend the inspection. The inspectors did not notice a giant hole in one of the bathroom vents (see photo attached), and that the HVAC system was blowing too much air (by volume) over the air conditioning coils, per specification of the manufacturer's engineers. During the inspection, my partner and I felt it was hard to pull info out of the inspectors.
