These included rotted joists under my kitchen and several cracked and failed windows. The basement has had supports added to make the kitchen secure and the windows are in the process of being replaced. Legitimate window and foundation contractors have told me that these conditions must have existed when his inspection took place, as it was only a month between inspection and closing.
