I recently had Mr Santiago replace outside electrical outlets, door locks and a door with frame. He did excellent work at a reasonable price. I look forward to having him back in the near future !!

Beyond disappointed with this company. It started off good and the gentleman seemed nice and interested in the work but after getting the quote he disappeared and did not answer multiple emails. You cannot reach this company by phone. I had expected my work to be done this week and am now stuck.

We love the service that Checklist Handyman Services LLC provides. We have used the numerous times for things around out house and each and every time they are professional, kind, and leave our house cleaner than it was before they got there. We have had them replace deck stairs, reinforce our deck, redo our flooring with laminate, install microwaves and a ton of plumbing. We are thrilled with the work Jose just did for us. He put new organization systems into two of our daughters' bedroom closets, and also did some work on the outside of our home. His work is fantastic, reasonable and he was very timely! Highly Recommend!

Jose does an outstanding job on power washing the back of our house and deck. I used to think that I could do it better than anyone else, but I have Jose scheduled each year now. I was just "blown away" at how much cleaner he does the siding and deck on our northern exposure back of home. I will never rent a power washer again. I will be looking to Jose for other jobs too!
I had a relatively small job, installing a wall cabinet and a folding wall table to create a laundry work station. Jose did a great job and was so pleasant. I would definitely call him again!

Was referred by Home Depot. finding reliable people to do jobs around the house is not easy. At first Jose said he could not get to my project until Jan. But he called back and said he would work it in. when he came out to do the estimate he said he could do it right then. Now I can get my new washer delivered and installed. Thank you so much Jose.
