RecommendedWe just went to checkers at 9:45 at night. Kenneth and his team were wonderful! We had a giant order with a bunch of modifications that they got 100% right that we had to go back for dessert. Best experience ever!

32 minute wait for a burger,mozzarella sticks, and 5 wings.
The staff here is perhaps the worst ever. Young man took my order yesterday, says "pull up" opens the window cursing and laughing with someone in the back and takes my card without a word. After he handed me my card he actually tossed the food bag too me. Luckily I was looking and was able to catch it, not one word other than the cursing and carrying on was said to me. After seeing a video of a checkers employee do the worst thing imaginable to a unknown customer. I won't be going back until this employee is fired and charged. So wrong. The customers have no ideal what happens to their food they are receiving. Fix it please. At the same time this person and who is taking video. Should be banned from any type of food service.
Dear checkers on joppa rd. I have always loved your banana milk shakes but your staff needs a MAJOR attitude adjustment. They have the absolute worst customer service ever. They are very rude to the customers and we do not deserve the way they treat us.
20 minutes is too long to wait for food!!! Late night service needs major improvements!!!
Love it! The food is very good. Those seasoned fries are like no others and just melt in your mouth. The crew always so nice and a hoot to interact with. I watch and they are having fun. When we say let's get a burger, Checkers is the go to spot.
My first ever visit to a Checkers. I went to celebrate National Cheeseburger Day. Minimal wait, and my burger and fries were very good!! Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae and apple pies were very good as well. My best compliment is to say I will return!! I liked it!!
