Dee, Ray, and Charles are the best… customer service was top tier… our food was hot and fresh and we didn’t even have to wait long even tho we had a big order… Dee helped me figure out what to order… this was one of the best experiences I had at a fast food restaurant in a long time.
Dee, Ray, and Charles were amazing! They were incredibly patient, professional, and attentive. They truly listened and made sure our order was accurate. Our food came out hot and fresh. You could tell they were short-staffed, but as someone who works in restaurant management myself, I really appreciated how they continued to stay positive, polite, and professional even during a rush. Their attitude and customer service really stood out. Great job, Dee, Ray, and Charles!
