The food is decent and they are open late. Unfortunately, they can't seem to get my order right. The AI assistant they have in the drive thru is absolutely terrible. I ordered a combo chicken tender meal and then went up to the window and they gave me a coke and fries and no tenders. They made the tenders later and they charged me individually for each item rather than that combo so it was about $4 more than it should have been. Good food as always
The grill was closed 30 minutes early and I was turned away when I arrived to pickup my order.
I've been here a few times as I live in the neighborhood and every single time I go here or I order from here, they're constantly not paying attention to people out the window, we have to stand out the window for at least 15 minutes, which is ridiculous and then when I do get my food. It's never hot. It's never correct. Something is always wrong or something is always missing the attitude from the employees is terrible.
