I really wish I was able to get the young man’s name who spoke with me when I came to pick up my mobile order. He almost looked as if he was still in high school, but his mannerism was remarkable. I was not aware of how to pick up a mobile order due to the sign outback had fell over, but this employee went above and beyond my expectation by apologizing and redirecting me on how to pick up mobile orders from this location. Great customer service from Jalin, but the food could have been better. I had to go through the line twice due to my food being made incorrectly .
Food was fresh!!
