Customer service is null in void here and the manager has a horrible attitude if u make a mistake placing your order with the AI voice They will close drive thru down when they don't feel like working but you see them out smoking cigarettes smh
Checkers will always win in my book do to the 🍟 🍔 🍟.
Avoid all checkers location on 8 mile rd in Detroit, MI. The service is awful at all of them. The walk ups are closed, and they wont answer the phone. The food is always cold & stale. Here's a dry fish sandwich on me.
The lady didn't say hi just told me my total but in.the end she was nice. The burger however wasn't good at all. The onions were very strong and limp and the burger and nuggets were very salty.
I have never ever had a problem with checkers I can truly say out of all the other burger restaurants their food , service and the cleanliness of their restaurants are #1
