Ordered a take out order and proceeded to have to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru, then was forced to move because they were handing the people behind me their food before I got mine, leaving them unable to leave. This is the worst service I have ever received from this location. I have been coming here for 5+ years, never experienced anything like this.

I stopped buying fries because they were almost never fresh. I stopped buying wings because you’re told to go park and they bring it out to you…when they feel like it. I ordered two mushroom & Swiss. I don't think you're meant to eat there. At least I never do. I just order and go home with my food, which means the experience of service and atmosphere is limited. But I like the food, and there's never been any issues with the service.
