I went to the one at 3206 Dauphin St, Mobile, AL 36606. It was 12:00 am and they said they was only doing online orders. I set in line for bout 20 min.
If I could give zero stars I would. After an extended wait in line just to get to the ordering speaker only to get no interaction, we proceeded to the window. There we were told that if we wanted to order we'd have to go back through the line. When I asked could they not take our order and let us pull forward to wait, we were told that wasn't possible. The young woman at the window commented that we must not want any food. When I replied that they must not want our business, she said, "no, we don't". We were in no way rose t... read more
I understand they're busy but they gotta work on their time management...I sat at the window for a while until finally deciding to go through the drive thru. They should hire more help if they can't handle the amount of customers
