I’m reporting serious health and safety violations at this location. Food is regularly being handled with bare hands by employees — including raw and cooked food — without gloves or proper handwashing. There are also unsanitary practices, including cross-contamination and workers touching personal items (like phones or their face) while preparing food. please investigate ASAP. Terrible experience. The food took forever even though there was barely anyone in line. When I finally got my order, it was cold and sloppy. Fries were soggy, the burger was smashed and barely had any sauce or flavor. Staff seemed annoyed and rushed, like they didn’t want to be there. The drive-thru speaker was also barely working, so placing the order was a hassle. Definitely not coming back.
Disgusting cold food, literally they have roaches crawling all over the store . Horrible service . DD was very disrespectful and has a disgusting condescending attitude that needs to be checked immediately.
I went through the drive thru to get food and when I pull up there to the window I see a roach crawling out of the window as soon as she opened it! I confronted her ab it and she just said “so what you want it or not?” Worst checkers I’ve been too in a while!!
