Food was good. I ordered online. When I pulled up to the order box I wastold, in a very rude way that I had to go to the other line. There were no signs stating that before I got in line. I had to get the order through the passenger window, which was very inconvenient as I am disabled, and reaching for the bag was painful. The food was very good, though.
For being fast food the food isn't bad. I have never received a messed up order at this location. Food is always hot. Service is always super friendly, fun, and just top notch. Whoever is in charge of this location should be training at other locations so they can all be as stellar in quality and service as this one.
Worst possible service. Signage dark in drive through. I wear glasses. Could not read the menu. Gentleman in drive through was being snippy 8:18 pm 02-26-25. I asked about deals in Bufords. No deals. No problems. Asked price. $7.38 every day. Informed I have never bern to this checkers. Repeated snide remarks w no apology. Asked cost of mother cruncher. He asked if I wanted one. I ordered two doubles. I asked for one thing, extra pickles. It was on the receipt. I got the normal burger without extra pickles. The cook didn't look at the order I guess.
