I have never, in my life, had an employee speak to me the way this woman did. If this is how you treat your customers no wonder your review score is so crappy. Owners of this place need to give some SERIOUS thought on which employees aren't worth keeping around.
absolutely horrible. i had to wait over 30 minutes just to get my food. the food wasn’t good nor was it worth the wait.
I recently went back to this Checkers location after having a previous BAD experience. I went there on 8/11/25 late-night after my work shift, after 3am. It was nice to see that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has changed at this location! I ordered two big Buford burgers and a large fry. The order seemed to take forever to process, even though I was the only car present. Neither crew member was friendly nor even made eye contact with me.
