I will not be coming back here again. Customer service is awful. Cashier with blonde hair got an attitude with me bc I told her she didn't give me the correct change back. Not only that I was the first car in line and had to wait dang near 20 mins for a number 1, smh. Do better.
My bf and I went through the drive. The drive is literally AI generated. I can't that ish. And so then it asks if he wants to add a large drink and fries. And they give him a small. And THEN we were the ONLY ones in line. Waiting on a chicken sandwich and they sent us to go behind 2 cars in the "pick up" lane where we have proceeded to wait over 10 minutes. We are still waiting as I send this. I'm floored.
The only problem I got is the mobile drive-through line It’s almost takes about an hour to get my food and sometimes it will be cold, can y’all hire someone to work at the mobile drive-through thing
Imagine you have a family of 5 and because you're order is big the AI ordering system can't handle it and yells you it's going to get a crew member, never gets the crew member and when you go to the window, the worker tells you that can't talk to you or take the rest of the order that's what they have AI for. I will never EVER go there again!
