Pretty cool place
We have bad customer service over there. We buy my food and I’m asked for barbecue sauce. You wanna charge me $.28 I told him it’s OK give it to me. Say no I cannot give it to you when I go around again and wait in the line to order barbecue sauce.
The customer service was not good, and there didn’t seem to be much concern for how long customers were waiting. I was told to pull in the parking lot and waited over 20 minutes for two spicy chicken sandwiches and a fry. There was no apology or explanation, just a “here you go.” The night shift could use some more customer service training. I also asked to speak with the manager, and a guy came to the window who said his name was Tre. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience.
