I visited this location for the first time during lunch and unfortunately was not impressed. The manager was speaking very rudely to a cashier over a payment issue that occurred before I arrived, which made for an uncomfortable experience. I also noticed the manager had young children inside the kitchen area who were crying, which raised concerns for me regarding safety and professionalism in a food service environment. The burgers were less than fully warm but that is because I ordered them way before I near the location so that is my fault. Big Burford was tasty.
Needs to have mayo packages or at least don’t charge customers for mayo if they ask for it on their sandwich
