They literally don't acknowledge anyone at the pick up window. They just leave people there waiting & attend the drive thru. I ordered pick up so when I got there it said my order was ready and it was not ready. I had to wait a whole another 30 minutes to get my order. I ordered today 3 chicken bites and fries and when I got home all my fries were burn. My girls weren't able to eat me . Idk about you but I don't like eating my fries BURED especially checkers fires.
