So disappointed with my order. However the staff was nice. I went to this location on my lunch break, they were not busy at all. I don't have the receipt so I can't call to make a complaint and I went on my lunch break so I was pressed for time. I ordered the number 7, grilled cheesy chicken clucker combo. My sandwicha grilled patty with grilled onions and cheese, I didn't even see that on the menu. I have NO idea what I was served. I am livid. None of my order was right, except soda and fries. The Mike was not hearable, to had to Leo repeatedly saying your order. The young man didn’t have good customer service, on the register.

I recently ordered the 2 for $8 meal after seeing the ad for a fully dressed Double Checkerburger with cheese. I was told tomatoes would cost extra, so I paid for them, but my burger arrived without the tomatoes or pickles. I’d appreciate it if this location could serve customers consistently with what is advertised and paid for. This is the second disappointing experience my family and I have had here, and I’d hate to stop visiting Checkers because we’ve always enjoyed the food.
