I recently ordered the 2 for $8 meal after seeing the ad for a fully dressed Double Checkerburger with cheese. I was told tomatoes would cost extra, so I paid for them, but my burger arrived without the tomatoes or pickles. I’d appreciate it if this location could serve customers consistently with what is advertised and paid for. This is the second disappointing experience my family and I have had here, and I’d hate to stop visiting Checkers because we’ve always enjoyed the food.

I had the worst experience at Checker’s on Queens Chapel Rd. I went to pick up a DoorDash order. The heavyset Hispanic woman and flamboyant man never acknowledged me. I stood at the pick up window 10 minutes I even knocked on the window.

After waiting 20 minutes, they left out one of my items. They also didn't update that my order was ready until 2 hours after I already had my food, so don't put too much trust in the online order tracker. The icing on the cake is that once my order was finally marked complete, I reported the missing item and received no response. I tried to call, the phone number doesn't work.
