I was at the drive thru on Saturday at 11pm. I was in line for 40 minutes. There were onlyb3 cars ahead of me. There were 7 cars in the car waiting for theirr foidbto be brought out. There were about 10 employees working. A family of a coworker walked in the kitchen .They had time for family socializing while the drive thru was chaotic ! I will never go back !
Had to wait 40 minutes to receive my food, it was from 10:20pm and didn't leave till 11:00pm and was mostly desserts ordered, several other customers had asked for a refund due to long waiting period.
Horrible first experience at this location! I came to this checkers because it’s closer to the one in manassas for the national fry day deal and the cashier lady thought I was trying to use my points and ask for a promo code. There was no promo code needed, and no need to download the app, which she made us do. So I drove to the other one in manassas, showed them the post and they easily gave me the free fries. Picked up two Baconzillas and fries for our teenage sons. Checkers customized the toppings and got the order exactly right! One son said the burger was comparable to a Burger King burger and that the fries were tasty, deliciously greasy with some crackle bits on the outside of them. We used the drive thru where unfortunately it looked like somebody had spattered ketchup all over the wall.
