If I come through your drive through and I get irritated with your a I.The person ( a female) on the other end of the speaker does not need to get nasty and and speak rude. Totally unnecessary/ uncalled, for customers should not be spoken rude to that way. Whether they're picking a doordash up or they're actual customer buying food, it's still a service to your store
Normally the sandwiches are really good. This time the double fish was burnt. I should have taken it back.
Its fast food nothing special lol but thats kinda the point its fast food would give a higher rating if it wasn’t for the god awful bot in the drive thru would honestly rather wait and have a real person talk to me then somebody trying to upsell me every time I want just a single item. Best item there is chocolate milkshake. Only reason im giving this place a 2 star instead of one star. Get rid of the bot and this place is easily a four star restaurant.
