My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I’m honestly surprised it’s still open. I came here to get food for my grandmother, and the service was terrible from the start. The girl taking orders at the drive-thru couldn’t hear me, so I had to raise my voice just to be heard and instead of helping, she snapped back with a rude and unprofessional comment: “DAMN, SPEAK UP.” That kind of attitude has no place in customer service, especially when handling people’s food. My husband and I ordered 2 burgers and a fish sandwich. Someone kept attempting to sing and drowned out our waiter. When we received the order, the burgers smelled like fish and my fish sandwich tasted like a burger. My husband ate his burgers and I threw my sandwich away.
Time and time again I really appreciate the consistent service of this restaurant. The team here is very professional and my meals are consistently hot. Thank Covington Checkers Team!
