The fries were limp, not what I'm used to from this restaurant. The burgers were tough to chew like they were a day or more old. It will like chewing on leather. The cashier was friendly. However, my order was 8.86. She attempted to give me $11 in cash back and keep the change. When I looked at it, she then said "hold on let me see if she has change (referring to a manager)" Why do major corporations think that they can just take your money because it's a few cents.
