Was cursed out by the " manager " working the drive thru because I asked for a drink holder for my drinks. she said her name was dyquisha but she smirked so I doubt that was her real name.

Manager Peggy is very rude,refused to provide me her name so that I could contact corporate on her behavior.Slammed walkup window in my face twice all over some 🍟 fries that wasn’t in my bag .

Went there today (10/9/17). The staff was extremely friendly at the walk up window. My food came quickly and was hot and fresh! I love me so checkers fries!! Good job y’all!! The staff you had today works hard and deserves to be recognized for that!!
The manager Phil is seriously lacking customer service skills. Instead of apologizing for having the wrong price on an item and honoring it. He got mad and snatched the sign off where you drive through lol SMDH he didn't want to adult today��
