they forgot out fries and then when we called to complain they just didnt answer the phone
Your customer service SUCKS. Food was not what I ordered and when I called I was hung up on 3 times. Calling district manager.
My husband and I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes, terrible customer service, cold food, and order was wrong! To say the least...this is the first and the last time I'll be eating at this place!
Worst customer service I've ever had don't order anything from this place
I sat in the drive-thru lane over 10 minutes before they asked for my order then pulled forward only to wait more. Once I made it to the window they gave me the wrong drink then after more waiting another worker tells me they have no apple pies and if I wanted something else. I said I wanted my money back and then had to WAIT again for the manager. I will never go to this location again.
Horrible,.. food never taste hot and always giving me the wrong order. Ordered a 2 dollar box and got 5 chicken bites and little fries.The shake or slush machine never works. Bad customer service smh. Save the trip!!!
