On October 4th 2021, my wife came in for an oil change without me. She asked for the basic oil change or the cheapest one. She was quite surprised when the bill was over $90. When I a saw the invoice I immediately realized she was given a full synthetic oil which is the most expensive. We are very disappointed because they had been so nice and helpful up to that point. For an extra $45 you lost a customer, hope it was worth it.
