last year bought a 2017 Buick Encore for a pretty good price, quite happy with what I spent for what I got. About a year later and nearly 50k added miles (150ish k total) The transmission failed, 100% not on the dealer ship just stuff that happens with used cars. When I told them that i was about to be charged 7k to fix it at a transmission shop they did it for 1400 with a 6 month warranty and I have had ZERO issues with the transmission since. Horrible experience with them. They sold me a Kia soul knowing the car had a recall for engine failure and did not inform me on the recall. 6 months later the engine completely failed while I was driving and they REFUSED to even allow me to trade the car in even though I was still paying on the car and it was NOT my fault for the INTERNAL engine failure. I couldn’t get any money back or anything. THE CARS LOOK NICE BUT THEY ARE NOT !! Bad business I do not recommend !!! 0/10
Mr Wilson and shop staff did there thing got me in and out and fixed me up
